HIDDEN TREASURES HOMESCHOOL STORE - Consignment Policies

•    One signed copy of the Consignment Agreement must accompany your items. This is a contract between you (the Consignor) and Hidden Treasures Homeschool Store (the Consignee).
•    Consignments are processed in the order received. Consignee will price and label all consignment items. Please carefully remove any pricing stickers from your items.
•    Consignor will receive 60% of the consignment purchase price for all items sold. Checks will be issued monthly after the 15th of each month for the prior calendar month when the amount of consignment credit is $25 or more.
•    To remove unsold items from inventory, you must notify us two (2) business days before you intend to pick up your items. Any Consignor who removes items consigned for less than 90 days will be assessed a $20 penalty due to the labor and overhead involved in processing your items.
•    If, after a reasonable period of time, items have not sold, you may be contacted to pick up said items. If we are unable to contact you due to incorrect address, phone number and/or e-mail address, your items will become property of the store.
•    If you wish to ship items to us for consignment, please contact us for shipping instructions.
•    At our discretion, Consignee may attempt to sell your items on the internet.   Storewide markdowns and promotional specials are at the discretion of the Consignee unless previously agreed upon by an owner of Hidden Treasures Homeschool Store and the Consignor.
•    We go to great lengths to take care of the consignment items left in our care. However, if something happens in spite of our best efforts, the Consignee assumes no liability for the loss of, or damage to, items consigned. Do NOT leave items outside Hidden Treasures Homeschool Store; we will not be responsible for any items left outside the store.
