We evaluate items for consignment based on condition, desirability and market demand. Some items may not be accepted.
Acceptable Items
We evaluate items for consignment based on condition, desirability and market demand. Some items may not be accepted. Acceptable items include, but are not limited to, the following:
★ current curriculum, all subjects (check current catalogs)
★ study guides/unit studies
★ home school parent helps
★ literature
★ biographies and classics
★ reference (no encyclopedia sets please!!)
★ parenting and discipline
★ foreign language
(Due to the new “safety” restrictions of CPSIA, we are currently able to carry very little besides books: CDs, DVDs, manipulatives, etc. will not be accepted if they are clearly intended for children 12 and under.)
Unacceptable Items
★ Books printed before 1986 - due to new CPSIA law
★ Games and/or toys designed for ages 12 and under - due to new CPSIA law
★ outdated curriculum
★ Cassette or VHS tapes
★ dusty, dirty, or items in poor condition
★ incomplete workbooks or workbooks with excessive writing
★ books with “questionable” content (at discretion of Consignee)
★ items which are not in demand
★ items which look unappealing
★ Golden books
★ coloring books (Bellerophon coloring books will be accepted if not colored in)
★ grocery store type workbooks
★ copied materials which break copyright laws
★ items that are not deemed family friendly - profanity, graphic content, etc.
Store Hours: Tuesday 10:00 - 5:00, Wednesday through Friday 1:00 - 5:00 and Saturday 8 a.m. - noon
